  • The play Hamlet by the Namay-e Nazdik Theater Group has been selected among 42 works from various countries. These performances will take place from October 16 to 26, 2025, in the city of Ankara. Hamlet will be staged on October 22 at 8:00 p.m. in the Yılmaz Güney Hall. The festival, held under the theme “Theater and the City,” is organized in collaboration with the Center for Art, Culture, and Migration Activities (KOSAGEM) and several municipalities of Ankara. The aim of this event is to promote theater as a means of dialogue and cultural exchange within the urban space. The Namay-e Nazdik Group will participate in the festival with its production of Hamlet, which combines elements of traditional Iranian theater—such as Ta’zieh and Pardeh-khani—with Shakespeare’s classic text. This participation offers an exceptional opportunity to present Iranian art and culture on an international stage. "The Life of Mr. Human" Ready for Screening ! According to the film’s public relations, "The Life of Mr. Human" Produced, Written, and Directed by Amirhosein Boorian, is now ready for screening and is set to international film festivals. "The Life of Mr. Human" presents a grotesque narrative of mankind's existence on this planet, using a fantasy/expressionistic approach to highlight significant human concerns, including water and food shortages.
